Tip: When Weblogic says "String index out of range: -1"

This is more of a 'note to self' than a tip, but when Weblogic says "String index out of range: -1" upon deployment, what it really means is that the length of the classpath in the manifest file has exceeded the maximum number of allowed characters.

    Perhaps it's just me, but I'd rather say it means "I'm broken".

    you mean like the auto deployment that can't be bothered to wait for the file to finish growing in size?
